Rev. S.J.O. Amaniampong , pastor of the Madina Central Pentecost Church has expressed concern about the rate at which fornication is spreading among Christians.

He explained that Christians had modernized fornication through abortion and asked them to desist from the practice so as to avoid falling victims of worldly things.

Pastor Aamaniampong expressed the sentiments when he preached the sermon last Sunday at a farewell service for Reverend Pastor Samuel Edzii Davidson, a Pastor of the church who has been transferred to Kasoa in the Central region.

Speaking on the theme, “Then Let The Lord Go With Us,” he urged Christians to be vigilant and prayerful and not dance to the tunes of worldly things.

Pastor Amaniampong said Rev. Davidson has been given a new appointment by God to explore.

He said God has created a new opportunity for him and through that ,” he will give you extra ordinary powers to take over that calling and with the anointing of the Lord, you will be successful.”

Pastor Davidson and thanked the church for their kind gesture and he donated GH¢500 to support the Education Endowment Fund which initiated during his tenure to support the youth to seek education.

The Woman’s group on behalf of the Women Ministry and the Men’s Ministry expressed their sincere gratitude to the Pastor and his wife for helping to grow the church spiritually.” Well done faithful servant” they said.
